Know who cleaned which unit, when.

Time & attendance for the crew that turns your short-stays around — cleaners, maintenance, laundry. One credit covers one person for a whole month, however many properties they service. Buy credits like airtime and top up when you run low.

Buy bigger, pay less per credit

Every bundle unlocks the whole app. A credit buys one active person for one month — so you pay for the crew that actually worked, not for how many properties you manage. Add a hundred listings without adding a cent.

How a credit works

One credit = one employee, one month.

◈ 1 credit spent the first time someone clocks in that month

After that first clock-in, every entry for the rest of the month is free. You're never charged per tap, and running low never stops your crew from working.

  • 01Off-season, you pay almost nothing. A cleaner who didn't work that month doesn't spend a credit. When bookings dry up in winter, so does your bill — unlike per-property tools that charge all year.
  • 02One credit per person, per month — any number of properties. Their first clock-in of the month flags them active; every turnover after that is unlimited and free.
  • 03Set up everything for free. Owners, properties, staff, visit types and reports cost nothing — build your whole account before spending a credit.
  • 04Track time with no signal at all. Clock-ins, clock-outs and notes save on the phone and sync the moment it's back on data or Wi-Fi. A dead-zone estate or a farm cottage still gets an accurate, GPS-stamped record — nothing lost.

GPS-verified clock-in proves who was on-site, at which property, and for how long — so ghost hours vanish, staff are paid for real turnovers, and every owner invoice is backed by a timestamp. Recover even 15 minutes a day and you get back roughly three rand for every one you spend.
